Commercial Installer
The Commercial Installer reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible for:
Serving the clients of the company by expertly and neatly installing heating, air conditioning and refrigeration systems.  It is imperative that the company has an excellent reputation for quality installations.  You must take pride in every installation that you do.  “Sign” your job as an artist signs their paintings.  Let the client know what you did for them that other companies don’t usually do.
Wear “Shubees” while in the client’s home, use drop cloths to protect the client’s floors while performing an installation, and maintain a neat work area where you are working.
Recheck each aspect of an installation before leaving the job, to prevent unnecessary callbacks after the job is completed.
Always explain the system to the client when finished with installation, and make sure that they are 100% satisfied with the work.
Always be safety conscious both on the job, and while driving, and make sure that the assistant installer is working safely also.
Perform a full system change out in an average of one day or less.
Maintain truck to be neat and clean on the inside and outside at all times.  The truck is one of the best billboards for a company.  Park the truck for a maximum impact of the “billboard” when possible.
Train installation assistants, teaching them to work independently for maximum installation efficiency.
Fill out the installation paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
Obey the Team Rules.

Lead Service Technician
The Lead Service Technician reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible for:
Serving the clients of the company by expertly servicing and repairing heating, air conditioning and refrigeration systems.  You must focus on technical excellence in order to help the team live up to its motto, “Fixed Right or it’s Free.”
Wear “Shubees” while in the client’s home, and maintain a neat work area when performing repair or scheduled service.
Recheck the systems on more time, after you’ve serviced or repaired it, before leaving the clients home, to make sure that the system is working properly and that we indeed fixed it right the first time.
Always explain to the client what service you are performing and how our team provides more and better service than other companies do (without demeaning anyone).
Always be safety conscious, both on the job and while driving.
Maintain and average of $225 per call on repairs.  Never sell the client a repair that they don’t need.  Proper inspection of the client’s system, looking for ways to prevent breakdowns, and the proper use of the Straightforward Pricing Guide will yield a $225 average or better.  Do the right job for the client, and everyone will win.
Explain the benefits of newer, higher efficient equipment to the client.  On repair calls, maintain an average of one lead turned in for every 10 calls.  On Safety Agreement calls, maintain an average of one lead for every 20 calls.
Explain the Safety Agreement to the client, giving them an opportunity to become a member.  Maintain an average of converting at least 25% of non-Safety Agreement members, and maintain a 90% renewal rate on existing Safety Agreement Members.
Maintain your truck to be neat and clean on the inside and outside at all times.  The truck is one of the best billboards that the company has.  Park the truck for the maximum impact of the “billboard” when possible.
Obey the Team Rules.
